The VPN service is a remote access VPN that encrypts traffic, allowing our customers to securely connect to a private network from a remote location over the Internet.

First-hand access is available to our Dedicated Server and Colocation Single-Server customers for managing their resources using IPMI for OOB management. However, it is NOT an anonymous VPN service and is unsuitable for high-speed connectivity such as streaming, gaming, or downloading.
