Quickstart

Create a VPN quickly. The service is a remote access VPN that encrypts traffic, allowing our customers to securely connect to a private network from a remote location over the Internet.

Create a VPN

1. Click VPN in the left-hand side menu in the control panel. It's located under Networking.

2. Click Create.

3. Select a username

4. Select a password or generate one.

5. Click Create.

Connect to a VPN

1. In your operating system, create an L2TP/IPsec connection.

2. Use the following details:

   1. VPN-type: L2TP/IPSec with pre-shared key

   2. Host/Gateway: vpn.glesys.com

   3. Pre-shared secret: GleSYS

   4. Username: The username you selected when creating the tunnel, for example cl43212_tunnel.

   5. Password: The password you selected when creating the tunnel.

   6. Save and connect.
