# Glesys webmail — FAQ

***

With Glesys webmail, you can read and send email directly from a web browser. In this article, we answer the most common questions concerning the webmail service.

## Why aren’t all folders/directories visible?

There is a setting on our mail servers that determines whether a folder should be displayed or not. This setting applies to all mail clients you use, not just the webmail interface.

To change which folders are shown or hidden, click **Manage Folders** at the bottom left corner.

Folders with an eye‑crossed‑out icon are hidden, while the others are visible. To toggle a folder’s visibility, click the icon.
