14. Environmental and Physical Security

14.1 Glesys has established and maintains physical security processes, and protects facilities and infrastructure against physical threats and environmental hazards, and safeguard its network and information systems against power outages and other disruptions arising from failures in supporting utilities, including but not limited to:

a) defined security zones (general/sensitive/perimeter) with appropriate controls;

b) centralised access control for sensitive areas, surveillance, alarm systems, visitor management and log retention practices; and

c) crisis preparedness considerations such as power redundancy and response routines for major disruptions.
