16. Changes

16.1 Glesys maintains the underlying internal policies, and evidence within its IMS. Glesys reviews and updates such documentation in accordance with its documented management and improvement practices and the Cyber Security Rules.

16.2 Glesys may update this Information Security Annex in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Glesys' General Terms and Conditions.

16.3 Glesys shall, in accordance with the Agreement, inform the Customer without undue delay, and in accordance with Glesys' established policies and procedures, of any changes to its systems that may affect Glesys' ability to comply with its obligations under the Agreement.
