# Management system

Glesys operates a single Integrated Management System (IMS) that governs security, sustainability, and quality across the organization. The IMS supports:

* Alignment of teams and operations under a common framework
* Consistent application of global standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
* Ongoing improvement through audits, feedback, and iterative development

## Security policy

The public Security Policy defines the principles, controls, and responsibilities that shape Glesys’ security practices. It addresses:

* Physical security and fire protection at data centers
* Information security and cyber resilience
* Employee awareness and governance structures

The policy is reviewed annually and approved by the CEO to maintain relevance and effectiveness as the security environment evolves. A full version is available for reference.
