# Operational continuity and crisis management

Glesys maintains crisis management and continuity practices to ensure services can continue and be restored following major disruptions.

### Key elements:

* **Crisis management model:** Defined crisis phases (preparedness, response, continuity, recovery, post-crisis review) and activation of a Crisis Management Team for major events.
* **Preparedness & resilience:** Use of redundancy, backup power, failover mechanisms, and regular validation/testing activities as part of preparedness.
* **Backups & restoration testing:** Backup frequency is based on system criticality, backups are encrypted, and restoration is tested at least quarterly.
