# Personnel security

Glesys sets expectations for secure behavior and adherence to internal policies and procedures, supported by governance and accountability within the IMS.

### Key elements:

* **Clear responsibilities:** Defined roles and accountability for security activities and compliance obligations.
* **Policy adherence & reporting culture:** Personnel are expected to follow documented guidelines and report incidents and deviations through established processes.
